Antonia Hieronymus

Podcast Host

Antonia Hieronymus has been acting on behalf of people with few opportunities for 40 years. From working with Mother Theresa on the streets of Calcutta to building and equipping 24 schools in the remote Andes of Peru, she says “when you give people an opportunity, they can flourish without the need for hand-outs.”

In the 1980s she worked in the charities division of investment banking, and was involved in creating the first ethical investment funds. Her interest in the effects of incarceration began when she did a law degree, and for the last 10 years she has been running a leadership and life skills program in prisons in Massachusetts. “In my life, I needed not just a second chance, but third, fourth and fifth chances to get on my feet, and I believe in every person’s right to live their best life.”

She is a passionate advocate for treating all people with respect and dignity.

Yamini Ranjan

Producer

Yamini Ranjan is the Producer of the Now You Are Free podcast. As a producer, she oversees various aspects of the podcast production such as editing, sound design, publishing, and promotion. She started her journey into podcasting as the Host & Creator of the Women of Wayland (WoW!) Podcast. In its fourth season, the WoW Podcast has won grants for arts and community service and has proactively supported local organizations through fundraising and service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yamini has also recently produced an episode for award-winning radio podcast Peace Talks Radio and is an editor for several BIPOC podcasts. In addition to podcast production and editing, Yamini is passionate about diversity and equity. To that end, she is the founding member of Human Rights Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in Wayland, Massachusetts. Yamini was born and raised in India and has lived in 3 continents. She holds a bachelors in engineering and an MBA in Marketing.
